Olune Aesthetics is a business-to-business aesthetic wholesaler supplying non-prescription products to suitably qualified professionals, clinics and eligible aesthetic businesses. Professional accounts are reviewed before access to prices and ordering is approved.
Who can apply for a professional account?
Professional trade accounts are intended for customers purchasing products for legitimate business or professional use.
- Qualified aesthetic practitioners
- Registered healthcare professionals
- Aesthetic clinics and professional beauty businesses
- Microneedling and hair-restoration professionals
- Other suitably trained and insured professional users
Eligibility may vary depending on the product category, the applicant’s training and their professional scope of practice.
How our verification process works
Submit an application
The applicant creates a professional account and provides their personal, professional and business details.
Upload evidence
The applicant uploads relevant training, qualification, insurance and identity documents.
Manual review
Our team checks the information and documents to confirm professional eligibility.
Account decision
Approved customers receive access to professional prices and ordering for eligible product ranges.
Information and documents we may request
Depending on the customer’s profession and the products they wish to buy, we may request:
- Full name and contact information
- Business or clinic name and trading address
- Professional role or occupation
- Aesthetic training or qualification certificates
- Professional indemnity or treatment insurance evidence
- Photo identification
- Professional registration or membership number, where applicable
- Website, social-media page or other evidence of professional activity
We may contact an applicant for additional information where the documents supplied are incomplete, expired, unclear or cannot be verified.
Manual account review
Every application is reviewed by the Olune Aesthetics team. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee account approval.
During the review, we may assess:
- Whether the applicant is a genuine professional or professional business
- Whether their training is relevant to the products requested
- Whether professional insurance appears current and appropriate
- Whether regulatory registration details are valid, where applicable
- Whether the supplied business and identity information is consistent
Access before approval
Before an account has been approved, customers cannot view protected professional prices or purchase products within restricted trade categories.
Unapproved visitors may see a login or approval message instead of a price or add-to-cart option.
Approval, refusal and account restrictions
Olune Aesthetics may:
- Approve an application for eligible professional access
- Request further evidence before making a decision
- Limit access to selected categories
- Decline an application where eligibility cannot be confirmed
- Place an order on hold while verification is completed
- Suspend an account if documents expire or information becomes inaccurate
- Cancel and refund an order where professional eligibility cannot be verified
Customer responsibilities
Account approval confirms that the customer has passed our trade-account checks. It does not represent clinical endorsement, prescribing authority or confirmation of competence for every treatment.
Approved customers remain responsible for:
- Purchasing and using products only within their training and competence
- Following all manufacturer instructions and product guidance
- Maintaining appropriate qualifications and professional insurance
- Complying with applicable laws, professional standards and regulations
- Ensuring suitable consultation, consent, storage and treatment procedures
- Not supplying professional-use products improperly to members of the public
Use of verification information
Information and documents submitted during verification are used to assess professional eligibility, administer trade accounts, prevent misuse, process orders and meet legal, regulatory and payment-provider requirements.
